A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris, his career includes renowned restaurants such as The Fat Duck, Nobu, and prestigious hospitality venues in Monaco and Sydney.

His cuisine combines refined Mediterranean flavours with modern culinary techniques, creating elegant dishes that remain authentic and approachable.

Today he specializes in luxury private dining experiences throughout Monaco, the French Riviera, Greece and international destinations.
